Our company is looking for a Sales Team Leader to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Two years successful sales management experience, preferred;
- Assist in interviewing new loan consultants;
- Energetic and offers white glove service to every customer no matter their situation;
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred four year college degree;
- Manage a team of loan consultants, coach team to help reach daily, weekly and monthly sales, service and productivity goals set by Management team;
- Handle customer service complaints and escalations for their team members;
- Reviews personal and team actions on a daily, monthly and annual basis to determine how to better utilize their time and plans more effectively;
- Takes the initiative to exceed all standards, stay energetic no matter the situation.
