Responsibilities:
- Determine customer’s primary concern and schedule the necessary appointment;
- Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business;

- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products, services and needs of the dealerships;
- Answer all incoming customer calls promptly and professionally;

- Other duties as assigned;

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record;

- Proficient computer skills, ability to manage multiple systems, and ability to type 40 + wpm;

- Set Service Appointments;
- Previous outbound sales or cold calling experience required;
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S;
- Strong customer service skills: problem solving and communication (written and verbal);
- Valid state driver’s license.
