Responsibilities:

  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents;

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record;

  • Proficient computer skills, ability to manage multiple systems, and ability to type 40 + wpm;

  • Work cooperatively with the service and other internal teams;
  • Set Service Appointments;
  • Previous outbound sales or cold calling experience required;
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S;
  • Strong customer service skills: problem solving and communication (written and verbal);
  • Valid state driver’s license.
