Our company is looking for a Staff Physician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a resource to other professional or non-professional personnel providing instructions as needed;
  • Fully licensed to practice medicine in the state of MD;
  • d)Provide these services for urgent/ emergent care as necessary;
  • Manages emergency situations in the center;
  • Strive to achieve the best patient and family centered care;
  • Represents PPGP in roles as healthcare provider;
  • Must remain in the surgical facility until all patients have completed recovery room care;
  • Review gross examination of products of conception;
  • Thorough mastery of Orthopedic and Spinal physical examination;
  • Exceptional dedication and motivation;
  • Perform imaging guided Stem Cell implantations;
  • Maintain confidentiality and always work with respect and integrity;
  • Flexible schedule;
  • Sound judgment and expert decision-making abilities;
  • Provides expanded gynecological services as privileged by PPGP’s Medical Director.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, in collaborative settings, required;
  • Previous experience providing services and exercising leadership in a culturally diverse setting, with demonstrated success;
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to staff and to build the trust and respect of patients, staff, colleagues, and other external contacts;
  • Required CPR/BLS certification and ACLS;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required;
  • Must possess DEA certificate;
  • Knowledge and understanding of mid-level supervision agreements and regulations;
  • Board certified;
  • Minimum of 2 years freedom from chemical use problems;
  • Active and Valid license to practice Medicine;
  • Must have or be able to obtain valid license to practice in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas and Oklahoma, board certified OB/GYN or Family Medicine;
  • Knowledge of computers to include the ability to work with and access information in CPRS, VISTA, and other web based programs;
  • Ability to be self-directed in the clinical setting as reflected by effective communication, organizational, interpersonal and decision-making skills;
  • Ability to coordinate patient care with the other members of the interdisciplinary care team in the inpatient and outpatient setting;
  • Ability to recognize when a patient needs to be referred for evaluation of more complex medical conditions.
