Locker Room Attendant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Locker Room Attendant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Performs all other duties deemed necessary by management;
- Keeps up-to-date on Club policies and procedures;
- Keep bathrooms and showers organized and clean;
- Prepare Locker Room for special events;
- Greet all members and guests at Valet and bring all golf shoes or personal items they will need in the Locker Room;
- Create nameplates for lockers and luggage tags for luggage;
- Keep all visible surfaces free from dirt or dust;
- Complete all daily assignments and responsibilities;
- Keep organized and up-to-date nameplate and luggage tag spreadsheets;
- Keep member and guest golf shoes cleaned; dress shoes properly shined;
- Establish personal rapport with each member in order to properly service needs;
- Restock, keep organized, and work with culinary department on Locker Room gratis food;
- Keep management advised of problems or developments related to all Locker Room operations;
- Keep the proper par stock of cold towels;
- Code and file all necessary paperwork and invoices.
Requirements:
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and high workloads with high attention for detail;
- Outstanding written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
