Our company is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Make suggestions on how to invest ROI to ensure efficiency in future processes/campaigns;
  • Track metrics from start to finish;
  • Streamline the lead management processes and be able to clearly identify new leads through Salesforce and Pardot;
  • Monitor engagement;
  • Report on metrics and make suggestions to optimize where seen fit;
  • Set in place automation rules, triggers, clean up fields in Salesforce and make sure they are firing with Pardot as well;
  • Optimize digital marketing efforts (SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Channels);
  • Technical and daily management of marketing automation platform (Marketo) and email campaign management;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Build message automation from start to finish, including audience development, triggers, messaging, and list management;
  • Develop and own a holistic omni-channel messaging strategy that optimizes the student path to application submission and maximizes lifetime value;
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (all marketing functions and sales) to execute programs, campaigns, and activities;
  • Plan and implement multi-channel nurture campaigns that engage students and drive student submissions;
  • Support marketing initiatives with data for more informed strategy, creation, categorizing, administration, execution, and analysis;
  • Own the marketing data stack.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, budget management, or comparable analytics position;
  • Marketo and/or Pardot certification preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field;
  • Proven ability to succeed in a B2B marketing environment, integrating with sales and driving qualified leads;
  • Must be highly motivated, self-starter with proven marketing and lead generation knowledge;
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or related fieldStrong organizational skills with an attention to detail and ability to multi-task;
  • Experience in configuring and managing funnel statistics via CRM and Marketing Automation software (Pardot or other MA software);
  • Organizational and time management skills required;
  • Working experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot, and other Business Intelligence suites or other Marketing Database Management Systems;
  • Experience administering CRM systems preferred (eg: Salesforce);
  • Experience working with cross functional teams, leadership positions preferred;
  • Experience and expertise in financial modeling required;
  • Sirius Decisions Demand Unit Waterfall methodology experience preferred;
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with system infrastructure in mind;
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
