- Develop and deploy instrumentation and data acquisition strategies,
- Develop methodologies and best practices for planning and conducting effective and timely testing;
- Design and configure test beds and/or simulations to develop and validate system capabilities;
- Work closely with the integration teams to understand instrumentation requirements;
- Validating and correlating ATE HW/SW test solutions against bench setups;
- Develop detailed test plans, test data and define test acceptance criteria;
- Generate schematics and work with PCB Layout engineers to create circuit boards for high reliability manufacturing test;
- Support the software configuration management process and understand software components and their interface requirements;
- Support offshore manufacturing to maintain high quality and yield on released products;
- Define and develop test plans for analog and mixed signal IC’s;
- Perform regression testing, covering full suite of Operational Test Scenarios for builds and/or images to be delivered to customer.
Requirements:
- Good understanding in quality management;
- Strong background in broad range of ATE test methods;
- 5+ years of progressive product engineering experience;
- BSEE (Required);
- Knowledgeable in DFT and DFM techniques;
- Background or familiarity with design and verification;
- Passion for quality of results;
- Product engineering background;
- Experience in developing systems requirements, validation and verification strategies, and verification planning;
- Good software skills, especially in scripting languages;
- Some travel outside of the United States;
- Presenting and documenting test plans, reports and project status for responsible products;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Collaborator, self-starter, strategic providing input to technical design to meet project objectives;
- Statistical data analysis using Excel and similar tools.
