Water Technician Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Water Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to job sites, interact with customers and secure the assignment;
- Effective moisture mapping and accurate dry-log documentation;
- Arrive to the job sites in a timely manner and notify the customer of arrival time;
- Sketch the location, provide scope of work and photo documentation of affected areas to the estimator, perform remediation services.
Requirements:
- Must have a professional appearance, positive attitude and team player;
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail;
- Experience in water damage Restoration is preferred, but willing to train;
- IICRC certification is a plus;
- Xactimate Knowledge is a plus;
- A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record;
- Must have excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft;
- Must be a hard worker, punctual and reliable;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Bi-lingual is a plus.
