Safety Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Safety Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent computer skills are required – master knowledge of excel;
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining department records and files;
- Updating project safety documents, recording meetings, filing, mailing and distributing safety correspondence;
- Able and willing to deal with multiple priorities.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and possess excellent collaboration with team members;
- Strong communication and computer skills required;
- A minimum of 3 years administrative support experience is required;
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent;
- Ability to effectively prioritize work flow and has exceptional organizational and planning skills;
- Must be an Oregon notary or apply for one upon employment;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and DocuSign;
- Ability to demonstrate assertiveness and work in a fast-paced environment;
- General construction knowledge and ability to understand construction terminology and process would be considered an asset;
- Self-starter with the skills to research and complete tasks with limited supervision;
- Effective oral and written communication skills;
- High standards of ethics and confidentiality to coordinate sensitive information.
