Our company is looking for a Safety Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent computer skills are required – master knowledge of excel;
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining department records and files;
  • Updating project safety documents, recording meetings, filing, mailing and distributing safety correspondence;
  • Able and willing to deal with multiple priorities.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and possess excellent collaboration with team members;
  • Strong communication and computer skills required;
  • A minimum of 3 years administrative support experience is required;
  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent;
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work flow and has exceptional organizational and planning skills;
  • Must be an Oregon notary or apply for one upon employment;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and DocuSign;
  • Ability to demonstrate assertiveness and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • General construction knowledge and ability to understand construction terminology and process would be considered an asset;
  • Self-starter with the skills to research and complete tasks with limited supervision;
  • Effective oral and written communication skills;
  • High standards of ethics and confidentiality to coordinate sensitive information.
