2nd Shift Production Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a 2nd Shift Production to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Various other tasks as needed for production;
- Ability to in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized processes and procedures to ensure the highest quality product;
- Polish parts before coating;
- Placing pieces on racks to prepare for coating;
- Inspect parts after coating;
- Taking parts out of boxes;
- Operate and monitor several aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure the utmost quality.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to take on additional production responsibilities as they are identified;
- Previous production experience is a plus;
- Machine operation experience is very helpful;
- Must have a high school diploma or GED;
- Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs consistently;
- Must be able to stand for the full shift;
- Must be able to stand for a 12 hours shift.
