Our company is looking for a Associate Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with external agencies, often working with partners who can drive social engagement and manage back-end fulfillment and processes;
  • Manage marketing initiatives and activities within the marketing department;
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web);
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM);
  • Quantitative and qualitative data analysis;
  • Develop marketing campaigns around monthly spotlights, social and digital content – seeing through from ideation to final campaign reporting;
  • Fulfill product requests for app store placements, ABC News app or owned sites ensuring brand accuracy;
  • Work closely with Manager and Director to implement infrastructure to enable earned media capabilities across social media, synergy and OTT platforms;
  • Proactively identify needed assets, contribute to creative briefs and work with creative and content teams to see them through to completion;
  • Manage digital budget tracking and monitoring;
  • Sync with ABC News Live, FiveThirtyEight, ABC News and Good Morning America editorial teams to identify tentpole events;
  • Partner closely internal analytics teams to assist in providing monthly reporting on marketing campaigns;
  • Manage the relationship with the Ad Technology group to flight, track, and report on owned house and DAI promos running on ABC News Live;
  • Track marketing premiums inventory.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Brand Management/Marketing Management/Digital Marketing position in consumer product company required;
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-energy environment;
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, solid financial acumen and attention to detail;
  • Experience in the OTT space;
  • Creative thinker who is detail oriented with strong problem solving skills;
  • Analytical and financial management experience;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Brand Marketing preferred, Trade Marketing, and/or Promotions;
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities;
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing concentration preferred; MBA a plus;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; strong public speaking skills;
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and digital KPIs;
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), detailed-oriented;
  • Ability to multitask and project manage in a high-volume department;
  • Ability to focus on multiple tasks and deadlines, and effectively prioritize and manage them; strong attention to detail.
