- Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology;

- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses;
- Build strong rapport with customers;
- Develop buyers by keeping good rapport with previous and new customers;

- Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interests to various models, etc;
- Selling a Minimum Number of Vehicles Based on Goals and Objectives Defined by the Sales Manager;

Requirements:
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve;
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members;
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s;
- Previous customer service experience;
- Current valid driver’s license with driving record that meets insurance company standards;
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process;
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen;
- Sales Candidates Should Possess a Winning Team, Detail Oriented, and Professional Personality;
- Long-Term Career Minded Candidate;
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday;

- At least two years of prior high end auto sales experience;
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members;
- Valid Sales License;
