  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology;
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations;

  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses;
  • Build strong rapport with customers;

Requirements:

  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve;
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members;
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s;
  • Previous customer service experience;
  • Current valid driver’s license with driving record that meets insurance company standards;
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process;
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen;
  • Sales Candidates Should Possess a Winning Team, Detail Oriented, and Professional Personality;
  • Long-Term Career Minded Candidate;
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday;

  • At least two years of prior high end auto sales experience;
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members;
  • Valid Sales License;
  • Great attitude and punctual a must.
