Our company is looking for a Automotive Salesperson to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a prospecting system, making calls and sending emails to potential customers to set appointments;
  • Demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom and via test drive;
  • Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge around vehicle features;
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles;
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology;
  • Maintain strong knowledge base of all vehicle makes and models;
  • Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day;
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations;
  • Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, internet, referrals, BDC appointments, equity mining, etc.);
  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers;
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business;
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses;
  • Work with sales managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met.

Requirements:

  • Professional appearance and work ethic;
  • Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills;
  • Strong written and communication skills;
  • Consistent and stable work history;
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment;
  • 2-5 years sales and customer service experience preferred, but not required;
  • Two to four year college degree preferred;
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required;
  • Valid driver’s license required;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • superior customer service and communication skills;
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen;
  • Maintain a positive attitude;
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s;
