BDC Customer Care Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a BDC Customer Care Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Attends sales meetings;
- Attend product and sales training as requested by BDC;
- Act as a member of the BDC team, which includes cross-training for internet lead and incoming/outgoing telephone sales prospecting roles;
- Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers;
- Complete phone calls as assigned by the BDC Manager;
- Conduct sales department service tours;
- Maintains a professional appearance;
- Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new/used cars sales presentation.
Requirements:
- Excellent time management and organization;
- Proficient in basic computer skills (word processing, email, etc.);
- Prior customer service experience;
- Automotive experience is a plus but isn’t necessarily required (We’ll be happy to train the right candidates );
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
