Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those desires;
- Close Deals;
- Daily prospecting for new business;
- Plan showings and Show homes;
- Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents;
- Educate Buyer Clients;
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your best service and your best advice.
Requirements:
- Show good organizational and time management skills;
- Willingness to get real estate license or currently licensed 0-24 months;
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Understanding that prospecting is a fundamental skill set for a real estate agent;
- Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations;
- Display a people-oriented, positive and client-focused attitude;
- Willingness to learn new tools, mindset, systems, and technologies.
