Our company is looking for a Cashier/Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams;
  • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees;
  • Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket;
  • Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers;
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold;
  • Process customer payment transactions;
  • Greet and receive prospects and customers;
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments;
  • Work cooperatively with the sales, service, and parts team;
  • Answer all phone calls promptly and route calls to appropriate parties. Messages will be taken when necessary;
  • Greet customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner;
  • Process all financial transactions (cash, checks, or credit) and issue appropriate receipts;
  • Attend all department and staff meetings.
