Our company is looking for a Cashier/Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams;
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees;
- Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket;
- Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers;
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold;
- Process customer payment transactions;
- Greet and receive prospects and customers;
- Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments;
- Work cooperatively with the sales, service, and parts team;
- Answer all phone calls promptly and route calls to appropriate parties. Messages will be taken when necessary;
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner;
- Process all financial transactions (cash, checks, or credit) and issue appropriate receipts;
- Attend all department and staff meetings.
