Our company is looking for a Customer Sales Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- providing customer service support both in person and over the phone;
- familiarity and ability to sell top quality exclusive high end merchandise preferred;
- completion of assigned office and administrative tasks;
- becoming familiar with the opening and closing work station terminals;
- 2 years experience MANDATORY;
- handling the sales of all products;
- inputting information into computer systems;
- performing duties required to assist team leader with maintaining appropriate inventory levels, ordering, stocking, and shipping.
Requirements:
- Accuracy and comfort handling money, making change, balancing cash drawer;
- Demonstrates sales and service skills. Able to effectively interact, face-to-face, with new, prospective and existing Members;
- Good computer skills, proficient in both reading and basic arithmetic;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in person and over the phone.
