Customer Service Sales Associate Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Customer Service Sales Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns;
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services;
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints;
- Document and update customer records based on interactions;
- Provide information about the products and services;
- Completes all documentation of the Customer’s visit;
- Delivers outstanding Customer Service in the Showroom, ensures every Customer is greeted and made to feel welcome;
- Fills out Customer Information Cards, sends thank you cards, and Customer follow-up;
- Assists Showroom Manager and Assistant Manager with Showroom merchandising;
- Fulfills Customer care responsibilities, applies training and education to exceed the Customer’s expectations;
- Performs inventory of sample stock and requisitions merchandise for sample resupply. Makes sample boards and grouted concept boards.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age;
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent;
- Retail experience preferred;
- Must pass background check;
- Possess good communication and customer service skills.
