Our company is looking for a Customer Service Sales Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns;
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services;
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints;
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions;
  • Provide information about the products and services;
  • Completes all documentation of the Customer’s visit;
  • Delivers outstanding Customer Service in the Showroom, ensures every Customer is greeted and made to feel welcome;
  • Fills out Customer Information Cards, sends thank you cards, and Customer follow-up;
  • Assists Showroom Manager and Assistant Manager with Showroom merchandising;
  • Fulfills Customer care responsibilities, applies training and education to exceed the Customer’s expectations;
  • Performs inventory of sample stock and requisitions merchandise for sample resupply. Makes sample boards and grouted concept boards.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age;
  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Retail experience preferred;
  • Must pass background check;
  • Possess good communication and customer service skills.
