Our company is looking for a Direct Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying and activating customers for our client, Cox Communications Services (TV, Internet, Phone);
  • Working with defined leads and territories presenting Cox Communications products as a cost-effective and essential communication solution;
  • Driving sales activity to achieve monthly revenue and sales targets;
  • Qualifying new customers and working directly with lead sales reps and management team;
  • Proficiency in the proper installation of Modems and Digital converters;
  • Communicate current promotions and offers to all potential customers;
  • Track sales progress and document productivity on sales forms/ reports as provided by the company;
  • Ensure all required paperwork is legible, complete and submitted in a timely manner;
  • Maintain a neat appearance, show respect and respect the customer’s property;
  • Seek opportunities with customers to enhance the company’s image.

Requirements:

  • An ability to develop and maintain professional relationships;
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales/customer service experience in a direct, door-to-door or B2B setting preferred;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Open Availability to self-generate a high volume of in-home leads;
  • Ability to work full time;
  • Valid Drives License;
  • Prior Solar Sales experience, is desirable;
  • Ability to walk up to 8 hours per day;
  • Laptop and smartphone proficiency;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • C.S.L.B. License is a plus, but not necessary to start work;
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record as determined by the Company;
  • Genuine interest and excitement about renewable energy;
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage multiple audiences;
  • Bilingual is a plus.
