Our company is looking for a Financial Advisor II to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Construction Administration;
- Assist with Project Management;
- Survey and evaluation of existing conditions;
- Develop project specifications;
- Design of Plumbing systems;
- Development of initial Plumbing system concepts;
- Calculation of preliminary water, gas, sanitary/sewer and storm loads for utility coordination;
- Attend client meetings.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on the ability to organize and present design information to clients and staff;
- Strong working knowledge of building, plumbing and fire codes;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in developing relationships with staff and clients;
- Client focus, with a commitment to quality and problem solving;
- Strong experience in high-rise commercial projects, including mixed use, residential and office complexes;
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
