Our company is looking for a Fitness Studio Sales Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Present available services to current or prospective members;
  • Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production;
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club;
  • Manage the front desk by greeting members, answering the phone, and booking members into classes;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s fitness needs and goals;
  • Maintain the studio as a clean and safe environment for the members;
  • Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close;
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual’s needs and wants;
  • Participate or lead daily studio operations;
  • Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider;
  • Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio;
  • Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close;
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes;
  • Book and confirm intro classes.

Requirements:

  • Must have proficient computer skills;
  • Punctual, reliable, dedicated and a strong team player;
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training;
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, email and text;
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • A pleasant demeanor and excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills;
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system;
  • Must be able to multi-task and work effectively under pressure;
  • Ability to learn and use our CRM system;
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 6 hours throughout the workday;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required;
  • Early morning and evening availability required.
