Our company is looking for a Guest Services Team Member to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assembling orders;
  • Replenishing supplies and condiments;
  • Ensuring a positive experience for all guests;
  • Serving food and drinks to guests;
  • Taking guest orders and payment;
  • Maintaining a clean facility and dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Able to handle money and operate point of sale system;
  • Must be able to work Saturdays;
  • Prior experience in customer service, cashier, team member or other restaurant experience a plus;
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop, lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Must obtain a California Food Handler’s Card from an accredited organization before start date;
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility;
  • Able to stand and/or walk during shift and move freely throughout the restaurant;
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety;
  • Able to listen to and input guests’ orders and read video monitors;
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior;
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
