Our company is looking for a In House Marketing Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide concierge services to guests by recommending and booking guests to local dining experiences, attractions, shows, etc;
  • Maintain an upbeat, positive and motivated demeanor especially when interacting with Hilton Grand Vacations guests, coworkers, and managers;
  • Consistently meet or exceed company and personal sales goals;
  • Schedule tour appointments and forwards information to the reservations department for final booking;
  • Serve as a point of contact for resort guests and visitors to receive information on how to participate in resort promotions;
  • Engage face-to-face with guests staying at our resort properties to promote opportunities to meet with our sales gallery to take a property tour.

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience is welcomed but not required;
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment;
  • Must be competitive and driven to succeed;
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Knowledge of the Big Island with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island;
  • Fluency in English (speak, read, write);
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • 1 year of customer service experience;
  • Have knowledge of the local area;
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience;
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office;
  • High school graduate or equivalent;
  • Sales experience in a similar commissioned-based sales environment;
  • Minimum of 6 months of proven success in a sales and/or marketing role within the timeshare industry.
