Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Marketing and Implementation departments to ensure brand consistency and to drive sales;
  • Managing incoming leads by directing them through the correct process flows and bringing them to a timely close;
  • Drive new business to foster growth. Renew, retain and expand existing business using phone, email and social media;

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Sales Entry System software;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Must be able to constantly operate a computer, phone, and other office productivity machinery;
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar, inside sales leadership role;
  • Experience managing an outbound lead generation team;
  • Experience working with business process software;
  • Strong conflict management and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills;
  • 3+ year Software Sales Management;
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in all communication with customers;
  • Excellent closing skills;
  • Measurable track record in new business development;
  • Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times;
  • Outstanding communication, organization and time management skills;
