Responsibilities:

  • Researches customer’s individual or business purchase needs;
  • Resolves customer complaints and queries;
  • Achieve a balance in production to meet agency business and growth objectives by maintaining an appropriate mix of business;
  • Respond to current policyholder inquiries and requests;
  • Perform other duties as necessary;
  • Responsible for marketing and generating new insurance sales as well as being a professional advocate for all insurance related needs;

  • Professional phone etiquette and apparence;
  • 2+ years of customer service in office setting;
  • Maintain accurate records;
  • responding to customer inquiries and providing quotes and setting appointments;
  • Monitor any claims made to guarantee that both the insurer and the client are compensated fairly;
  • Guarantee that all necessary paperwork is filled out and filed to put the insurance policy in place.

Requirements:

  • Maintain accurate records;
  • All applicable state licenses for property and casualty and life insurances will be required before hire. Ask us how we can help;
  • Sales experience is a plus;
  • NYS Property & Casualty and Life & Health license preferred but not required;
  • prepare appropriate rate quotations;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and financial goal minimums;
  • equity and group billing;
  • organize, plan and promote the sale of ACG insurance and membership products and services;
  • Knowledge of desktop systems including but not limited to Microsoft Office software applications;
  • Solid selling and sales process skills;

  • Ability to achieve results;
  • AMS 360 Experience a plus.
