Our company is looking for a Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services;
  • Sell and Solicit / Provide information about the products and services;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns;
  • Uncover clients needs and present them with solutions available through Farmers Insurance products;
  • Expand business reach through networking techniques;
  • Getting details from customers to fully assist them;
  • Working accordingly with company policies;
  • Completes all other related duties as assigned by, and in accordance with, AAA Management;
  • Sells and services Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance policies to current and prospective AAA members;
  • Implementing strategies to sell insurance;
  • Building rapport with customers;
  • Serves as a resource for personal insurance referrals from AAA employees and branches;
  • Close sales on a minimum amount of new business premium to new and existing clients;
  • Dealing with customer inquiries and disputes;
  • Preparing reports for manager/supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Must be willing to obtain Insurance License;
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health/Disability licenses (we can help you navigate the process);
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening;
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up regarding their needs;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Lead Credit Incentives;
  • Customer service or hospitality experience;
  • Experience prospecting, networking and new business development;
  • Retail sales experience;
  • Management, Leadership, Training, and Advancement Opportunities;
  • At least 2 years of sales experience;
  • Customer service experience;
