Kitchen Crew Member Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Kitchen Crew Member to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize approved food production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control;
- Properly store foods in designated areas following proper dating, First In First Out (FIFO), and labeling procedures;
- Prepare and cook food in a fast-casual setting;
- Resolve customer concerns and represent company in a courteous and friendly manner in all customer interactions;
- Stock the dining room with condiments, serving utensils, and napkins; refill condiment containers, utensils, and napkins as needed;
- Communicating and working as a team with your fellow crew members to expedite and enhance guests’ experiences;
- Keeping your kitchen station clean and stocked at all times;
- Making guests your top priority and ensuring guests are satisfied with their Dunkin’ Donuts experience;
- Adhering to scheduled hours and arriving on time for each shift. Availability must include 6 AM start;
- Delivering quality food to our guests.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old with work permit;
- Must have Food Safety Certification.
