Our company is looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute A/B tests;
  • Monitor and report competitors marketing and sales activities;
  • Commitment to social impact initiatives and helping underserved communities;
  • Own scheduling, posting, and revising content schedules;
  • Coordinating and implementing the firm’s marketing strategy including both traditional and social media;
  • Organize and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; produce regular reports and budgets;
  • Testing paid social advertising and reporting on the results;
  • Liaise with our PR firm to maintain active profile of Bridge in the media and at conferences;
  • Assist with design and organization of promotional events, including annual meeting and other investor conferences and events;
  • Croud events and training: Assist in the coordination of internal social events; help to coordinate training initiatives such as lunch and learns;
  • Work with Account Directors to formulate POVs on business and brand issues and opportunities;
  • Pardot power user; executing tactical campaigns for demand generation for new customer acquisition and existing customer upsell;
  • Serve as a liaison with graphic designer for marketing materials such as posters, fliers, business ads, etc;
  • Manage, develop and improve social media properties and campaigns;
  • Responsible for performing follow up with all unconverted potential clients in prospective status; and documenting accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of marketing experience;
  • Familiarity with healthcare ecosystem and health IT industry is ideal;
  • Passionate about guest service and providing memorable experiences;
  • Public speaking experience preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications preferred;
  • Confidence to present your own and other’s work persuasively, whether written or verbal;
  • Demonstrated experience and success using digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics), CRO, SEO, retargeting, and display campaigns;
  • Create materials for digital and print (flyers, postcards, print materials, digital graphics for website, digital ads/graphics/posts for social media);
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or another related field;
  • Multi-tasker who is able to quickly pivot when needed;
  • Experience with marketing automation systems, email marketing and CRM’s (Infusionsoft a plus);
  • Experience in coordinating vendors including advertising media such as TV, radio, newspapers, and digital/social;
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in marketing;
  • Experience working in marketing automation tools, preferably Pardot;
  • Analytical and numerate, comfortable working with numbers and reporting on results.
