Membership Sales Associate Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Membership Sales Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a sense of belonging and community among our clients;
- Be a point of contact for customer service concerns in the studio;
- Build relationships with local businesses;
- Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members;
- Communicate with leads as required;
- Log all customer service interactions in appropriate software, and communicate thoroughly with the General Manager;
- Encourage clients to purchase our retail products;
- Spot check restrooms and showers to ensure they are impeccably kept and cleaned as this will aid sales;
- Assist clients and members with their TMB profiles and accounts;
- Maintain studio cleanliness and order;
- Always smile and welcome clients;
- Follow our cultural pillars of PACT: Pride, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Teamwork;
- Sell and help manage TMB retail merchandise;
- Present TMB membership and/or package offerings to all non-members;
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of desktop systems including but not limited to Microsoft Office software applications;
- Possesses sales skills effectively employed in the tracking, following up on and closing of assigned leads.
