Our company is looking for a Part Time Sales Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ideas to grow and improve the business;
  • Build and cultivate effective relationships with the customer;
  • Understand the overall concept of Lilly Pulitzer, including the lifestyle, the customer, the merchandise and the heritage;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Under the direction of management, executes promotions, sales tactics, spiffs and sales incentives;
  • Provide additional customer services including processing/issuance of official bank checks and credit card cash advances;
  • Process night depository, ATM and mail deposits, if applicable;
  • Accept payments for all loans/lines of credit;
  • Always work in a safe manner to insure that Company safety guidelines are being followed;
  • Straighten merchandise in store daily and repackage any loose merchandise;
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails;
  • Set up meetings or calls between clients and Account Managers;
  • Work in Salesforce to track lead progress;
  • Responsible for pricing merchandise and stocking store on a daily basis to maintain a good in-stock condition;
  • To convey a friendly “SERVICE FIRST” personable and engaged attitude to all customers at all times regardless of circumstances.

  • Prior experience in a sales or customer service position;

  • Must have proficient computer skills;
  • Instagram, Facebook, and/or marketing experience preferred but not required RESPONSIBILITIES;
  • Customer service skills, including problem solving and handling customer complaints;
  • Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.
