Our company is looking for a Parts Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Request parts and supplies from internal and external sources;
  • Other duties as assigned by management;
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels and remove out of code products;
  • Maintain accurate files and log books;
  • Respond quickly and accurately to part requests from shop personnel;
  • Provide superior customer service, in person and over the telephone;
  • Unloading delivery trucks;
  • Unload delivery truck to receive and stock inventory;
  • Issue parts from inventory to work orders;
  • Issue purchase orders to vendors;
  • Process warranty cores for return;
  • Cycle counts of parts inventory;
  • Review purchase orders and posting invoices;
  • Restock Inventory;
  • Data entry experience in a vehicle maintenance/parts environment preferred.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in parts background suggested;
  • Must be able to maintain a safe, reasonably clean and organized work environment;
  • Must be able to operate a forklift;
  • Must be able to read English;
  • Must be able to follow directions;
  • Must be able to work basic computer functions;
  • Must be able to pass drug test and background check;
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English;
  • 1 year auto parts experience;
  • Must be able to provide Motor Vehicle Record at time of job offer (current within 15 days);
  • Must be able to operate a forklift, certification or previous experience a plus;
  • Must be computer literate;
  • Previous rental experience a plus.
