Our company is looking for a Parts Counterperson to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization;
  • Pulls and fills orders from stock;
  • Maintain a weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock;

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned;

  • Pulls orders for delivery to shop, making sure all parts are tagged with customer names and job number;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Maintain warehouse in neat and orderly manner, include inventory functions;
  • Treat custojmers fairly and with honestly, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices;
  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish;
  • Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts;
  • Keeping things in neat and orderly fashion.

Requirements:

  • Ability to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume;
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume;

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree preferred;
