Our company is looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop leads through client referrals, local realtors, mortgage brokers and community organizations;
- Employ a needs-based, customer friendly process to evaluate guest needs and present appropriate insurance products.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent;
- Problem solver;
- Sales Experience (Retail, Telemarketing, Restaurant Wait Staff, Inside or Outside Sales);
- Excellent people skills;
- A history of being a goal driven, self-motivated Team Player;
- Openness to work some evenings and weekends;
- Licensed 220 or 440 Agent;
- Drive for high achievement and the ability to work independently;
- The ability to qualify for required licenses;
