Our company is looking for a Phone Sales to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening;
  • Assist with other duties as assigned;
  • Entering all prospect communications, notes, records, and customer appointment data into the Customer Relationship Management Tool;
  • Follow up with Sales Department to determine if the appointment was kept and the outcome;
  • Prepare reports showing appointments scheduled, customer appointments kept, and customer sales based on leads received;
  • Answer incoming sales calls;
  • Developing superior product knowledge on all new vehicle models through product training;
  • Setting and confirming appointments and following up with customer inquiries;
  • Answer all incoming phone calls according to script and schedule a sales appointment;
  • Follow up with customers via phone, email and text;
  • Contacting internet leads received from our website and third party sites;
  • Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals;
  • Learning and following call and email scripts;
  • Contact Internet Customers via email, phone and text to schedule a Sales appointment.

Requirements:

  • First-class verbal, written and communication skills;
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Computer literate and ability to type- Must have a clean driving record;
  • Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all potential clients/customers.
