Our company is looking for a Phone Sales to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening;
- Assist with other duties as assigned;
- Entering all prospect communications, notes, records, and customer appointment data into the Customer Relationship Management Tool;
- Follow up with Sales Department to determine if the appointment was kept and the outcome;
- Prepare reports showing appointments scheduled, customer appointments kept, and customer sales based on leads received;
- Answer incoming sales calls;
- Developing superior product knowledge on all new vehicle models through product training;
- Setting and confirming appointments and following up with customer inquiries;
- Answer all incoming phone calls according to script and schedule a sales appointment;
- Follow up with customers via phone, email and text;
- Contacting internet leads received from our website and third party sites;
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals;
- Learning and following call and email scripts;
- Contact Internet Customers via email, phone and text to schedule a Sales appointment.
Requirements:
- First-class verbal, written and communication skills;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Computer literate and ability to type- Must have a clean driving record;
- Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all potential clients/customers.
