Our company is looking for a Registration Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Verify all printed and prepared license and title documents for accuracy;
- Serve as resource for procedural/statutory questions, train others in the department in Quality Control process and monitor handling of all paperwork;
- Ensure all state and client instructions were followed accurately, make corrections as needed;
- Research state, county, and province license and title requirements, including special client requests;
- Accurately sign, stamp, and notarize documents as required;
- Handle all emergency license and title requests regarding new vehicle paperwork and state transfers.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment;
- Familiarity with Windows-based PC applications;
- Ability to multi-task and follow specific instructions based on client or state;
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy of forms.
