Our company is looking for a Registration Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify all printed and prepared license and title documents for accuracy;
  • Serve as resource for procedural/statutory questions, train others in the department in Quality Control process and monitor handling of all paperwork;
  • Ensure all state and client instructions were followed accurately, make corrections as needed;
  • Research state, county, and province license and title requirements, including special client requests;
  • Accurately sign, stamp, and notarize documents as required;
  • Handle all emergency license and title requests regarding new vehicle paperwork and state transfers.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment;
  • Familiarity with Windows-based PC applications;
  • Ability to multi-task and follow specific instructions based on client or state;
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy of forms.
