Our company is looking for a Rental Sales Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner;
  • Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information;
  • Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required;
  • Provide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc;
  • Review all charges at the time of vehicle return;
  • Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs;
  • Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges;
  • Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate;
  • Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues;
  • Use company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs;
  • Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines;
  • Work in a fast paced sales environment, providing helpful, quality service and sales, while enhancing the customer’s rental experience;
  • Effectively communicate and offer ancillary products and services to enhance customer’s travel experience;
  • Maintain appearance appropriate for providing best in class customer service in accordance with established guidelines;
  • Achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required;
  • Must be at least 18 years old;
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future;
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of commission or incentive based sales experience;
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months of sales experience;
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI);
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years;
  • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following shift/schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 4 PM – 1 AM;
  • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work nights and weekends;
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months of commission or incentive based sales experience;
  • Must be avalible to work 40 hours a week including nights and weekends;
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience;
  • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following shift/schedule: Sunday-Thursday 5:00pm-12:00am;
  • Saturday and Sunday 8am-3pm;
  • Must be available to work one of the following schedules: Saturday and Sunday 3pm-12am OR.
