Our company is looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently by actively listening, communicating clearly and concisely, and assuring customer understanding;
  • May perform other duties as required;
  • Demonstrate WAVE’s various products and services to inbound customer traffic at the retail center;
  • Utilize billing system and other sales and marketing related tools to effectively identify and quickly provide answers to customer inquiries;
  • Review customer’s current level of service and introduce new services as appropriate;
  • Determine customers level of satisfaction with their service and take steps as needed to ensure that their experience with WAVE is positive;
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing;
  • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services);
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Ability to work with management to achieve sales goals;
  • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager;
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services;
  • Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times);

  • Phone customer support/service related background in call center environment preferred;
  • Cable Television industry experience preferred;
  • Ability to learn and retain new information and concepts quickly;
  • Able to diagnose and solve problems;
  • Telecommunications experience preferred;
  • 21 years of age or older;
  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate;
  • Experienced in writing simple correspondence;
  • Experienced in reading and comprehending simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos;
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years retail sales experience or 2 years wine sales experience.
