Our company is looking for a Retail Salesperson to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Maintains scheduling commitments;
  • Use judgment to solve customer problems;
  • Process payments by totaling purchases; process checks, cash, and store or other credit cards;
  • Direct customers by escorting and assisting them to our products;
  • Welcomes customers with company greeting;
  • Prepping and pricing new merchandise to go on the shelf for sale;
  • Contribute to team effort by contributing to store maintenance;
  • Hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (which includes closing the store);
  • Follow recipes to complete production of products set available for sale;
  • Maintain the store clean;
  • Serve ice cream;
  • Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items and providing information on products;
  • Maintain the space clean;
  • Process Trade-in by totaling trades and issuing cash or credit.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal skills;
  • Able to navigate stairs;
  • Reliable;
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs;
  • Excellent verbal skills, customer service skills and problem solving;
  • Experience with counting a register;
  • dedication;
  • 21 years or older;
  • Must be a team player;
  • Previous sales and/or retail customer service experience;
  • Responsible;
  • Mid-Level understanding of all video games and consoles from the classic Nintendo NES to the newest systems from Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • must have at least 1 year of Retail experience;
  • Have no felony convictions per state law to work in a liquor store.
