Our company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team.


  • Assist with special projects as needed;
  • Ensure timely and effective collections and escalation processes;
  • Lead a team of 10+ billing specialists;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Review current status of patient accounts to identify and resolve billing and processing problems in a timely manner;
  • Establish and recommend credit and collection policies. Makes recommendations for improvement;
  • Establishes and implements a system for the collection of delinquent accounts ensuring third-party payers are contacted;
  • Patient Access Services;
  • Escalation point for accounts put on hold or referred to a third part collections agency;
  • Coach, mentor and train employees;
  • Deliver services in a manner that provides objectivity and supports the entirety of services provided by Planned Parenthood of Southwestern Oregon;
  • Monitor the daily collection activities of team and ensure compliance with corporate policies;
  • Review payment posting, credit limits and collection activity;
  • Supervises billing and revenue cycle staff;
  • Directs behavior to emphasize the achievement of organization goals and core values.


  • Demonstratable knowledge of medical coding, ICD-10, CPT codes ;
  • Very proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools (power user of Excel);
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Systems Experience in EHR and Collection systems;
  • Ability to work autonomously with initiative;
  • Effective use of interpersonal and teamwork skills, discretion and flexibility depending on staff and client needs;
  • Effective problem solving skills;
  • Commitment to the mission, goals and philosophy of Planned Parenthood of Southwestern Oregon;
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required;
  • Strong knowledge of health plan requirements;
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public;
  • Strong commitment to quality healthcare and excellent customer service;
  • Ability to demonstrate mature judgment, initiative and critical thinking;
  • Advanced computer skills required;
  • Maintain professional demeanor at all times.
