Our company is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Make recommendations as needed on investments, financial strategies, proper cash management and insurance policies;
  • Effectively close automotive sales;
  • Utilizes dealership sales control and follow up systems that encourages repeat business and referrals;
  • Often test drives to all prospects, follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive;
  • Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction;
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses;
  • Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories., and their benefits to customers;
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses;
  • Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase;
  • Attend training and sales meetings offered by the dealership and manufacturers;
  • Perform walk-around with customers and explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.

Requirements:

  • Possess understanding and knowledge of equity and values, automobile depreciation, and local, state and federal laws that guild automobiles;
  • Must be able to sell minimum quota according to dealership standards;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • At least one year of sales or vehicle sales experience;
  • Professional dress sense that portrays neat and smart personality;
  • Valid driver’s license;
