Our company is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Make recommendations as needed on investments, financial strategies, proper cash management and insurance policies;
- Effectively close automotive sales;
- Utilizes dealership sales control and follow up systems that encourages repeat business and referrals;
- Often test drives to all prospects, follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive;
- Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction;
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses;
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories., and their benefits to customers;
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses;
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase;
- Attend training and sales meetings offered by the dealership and manufacturers;
- Perform walk-around with customers and explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
Requirements:
- Possess understanding and knowledge of equity and values, automobile depreciation, and local, state and federal laws that guild automobiles;
- Must be able to sell minimum quota according to dealership standards;
- Excellent communication skills;
- At least one year of sales or vehicle sales experience;
- Professional dress sense that portrays neat and smart personality;
- Valid driver’s license;
