Our company is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business;
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology;
  • Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales;
  • Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features on the lot;
  • Provides sales management information by completing reports;
  • Being responsible for quality of work;
  • Collaborates with marketing, operations, legal, finance, and other key stakeholders to improve customer acquisition, service, and retention;
  • Maintains an accurate and updated opportunity pipeline and provides accurate forecasting information by utilizing CRM system;
  • Develops and executes strategic and tactical sales plans to drive profitable revenue growth while meeting operating targets;
  • Performs other related duties as assigned;
  • Set realistic expectations with customer and guide them throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process;
  • Manages multiple large projects simultaneously across multiple clients to ensure timely and quality completion of all deliverables;
  • Develop strong long-term relationships with clients and partners;
  • Complete hygiene and aftermarket sales via an established route;
  • Develops and maintains a database of qualified leads using proven sales strategies/techniques.

Requirements:

  • Detail oriented;
  • Quality customer service skills and sales track record;
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable, safe driving record;
  • Strong communication skills with both customers and DARCARS employees;
  • Oral Communication- the individual clearly identifies and professionally expresses issues in positive or negative situations;
  • Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality;
  • Experience with MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience;
  • Punctual and reliable;
  • BA/BSc or Asc degree in Marketing, Business or related field;
  • Bilingual is a plus;
  • Fundamental understanding of sales skills and techniques;
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve;
  • Proficient computer and Internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite;
  • Willing to work nights and weekends.
