Our company is looking for a Sales Executive Action Line to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard of performance in regard to cancellation and default rates;
  • Keep track of leads and dispositions;
  • Consistently meet or exceed company and personal sales goals;
  • Attend all department sales training and development programs;
  • Ensure that accurate business etiquette of the position is always upheld;
  • Provide requested information and communication to all managers.

Requirements:

  • Able to work a flexible work schedule including night, weekends and holidays;
  • Meet minimum volume per guest (VPG), volume and all other compensation plan requirements;
  • 1+ year(s) of customer service experience and proven sales experience with an ability to close high-end sales;
  • Able to obtain a Hawaii Real Estate license within the first 45 days of employment;
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Ability to resolve complex customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to obtain a Nevada Timeshare or Real Estate License by your date of hire;
  • A sharp professional image with the ambition to make things happen;
  • Past successful sales experience in similar luxury goods or services sector;
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
