  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations;
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses;
  • Lead generation;
  • Reach out to leads, makes sales, and close the deal;
  • Follow-up on multiple channels i.e. craigslist, Zillow, Trulia etc;
  • Ability to work some weekends;
  • Problem-solving and ability to handle issues etc;
  • Offer additional options on guests that have a listing request;
  • Ability to creatively attract more leads online via. email and other channels;
  • Attend and organize orientations;
  • Be responsive, attentive, and available;
  • Following up on sales leads;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of auto inventory, including features, condition and warranty status;
  • Conducting walk-arounds with guests and demonstrating automobile features;
  • Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals.


  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve;
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members;
  • A motivated, passionate individual who is open to learning;

  • Must be proficient with the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Social Media;
