Our company is looking for a Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations;
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses;
- Lead generation;
- Reach out to leads, makes sales, and close the deal;
- Follow-up on multiple channels i.e. craigslist, Zillow, Trulia etc;
- Ability to work some weekends;
- Problem-solving and ability to handle issues etc;
- Offer additional options on guests that have a listing request;
- Ability to creatively attract more leads online via. email and other channels;
- Attend and organize orientations;
- Be responsive, attentive, and available;
- Following up on sales leads;
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of auto inventory, including features, condition and warranty status;
- Conducting walk-arounds with guests and demonstrating automobile features;
- Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals.
Requirements:
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve;
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members;
- A motivated, passionate individual who is open to learning;
- We want the candidate to have a “go-getter” mindset;
- Ability to follow through and close deals;
- Problem-solving and ability to handle issues etc;
- Must be proficient with the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Social Media;
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information;
- Follow-up on multiple channels i.e. craigslist, Zillow, Trulia etc;
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA;
- Ability to work weekends;
- Valid state driver’s license;
