Our company is looking for a Sales Professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including morning, evening, weekend and holiday hours;
  • Understanding processes and procedures related to sales and credit transactions;
  • Make recommendations to clients as to the make and model of the Beltone product based on their hearing loss situation;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Willing to work out of several office locations in your area as needed;
  • Demo and sell Madaket’s EDI Enrollment, Payer Enrollment (Credentialing) solution suite;
  • Ability to navigate business processes and legal requirements to negotiate contracts;
  • Ensure that you set and meet your weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals;
  • Assist customers with flooring choices (explain features/benefits, etc.);
  • Qualify buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport;
  • Continually responding to leads and following up with prospective buyers;
  • Provides sales management information by completing reports;
  • Proficient in marketing and sales techniques that result in elevated sales;
  • Keep up-to-date on the wide select of floors we have to offer along with the benefits and warranties provided by each;
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions.

Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively in English;
  • Exemplary Business Ethics are a MUST;
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent;
  • Ability to travel as needed;
  • Proven 5+ years of exceeding quota;
  • Continuously learns about product updates, features, accessories, and inventory and their benefits to the customer;
  • Must have access to reliable transportation in order to get to work, and to visit customers’ home (as necessary);
  • Follows all company policies and procedures;
  • Positive;
  • Start-up, early-stage, high-growth healthcare IT experience strongly preferred;
  • Bilingual is a plus;
  • Open and flexible work availability, including weekends;
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills, including the ability to smile;
  • A passion for, or experience with, decorating or design;
  • Motivated, self-starter.
