Our company is looking for a Sales Professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including morning, evening, weekend and holiday hours;
- Understanding processes and procedures related to sales and credit transactions;
- Make recommendations to clients as to the make and model of the Beltone product based on their hearing loss situation;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Willing to work out of several office locations in your area as needed;
- Demo and sell Madaket’s EDI Enrollment, Payer Enrollment (Credentialing) solution suite;
- Ability to navigate business processes and legal requirements to negotiate contracts;
- Ensure that you set and meet your weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals;
- Assist customers with flooring choices (explain features/benefits, etc.);
- Qualify buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport;
- Continually responding to leads and following up with prospective buyers;
- Provides sales management information by completing reports;
- Proficient in marketing and sales techniques that result in elevated sales;
- Keep up-to-date on the wide select of floors we have to offer along with the benefits and warranties provided by each;
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions.
Requirements:
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively in English;
- Exemplary Business Ethics are a MUST;
- BA/BS degree or equivalent;
- Ability to travel as needed;
- Proven 5+ years of exceeding quota;
- Continuously learns about product updates, features, accessories, and inventory and their benefits to the customer;
- Must have access to reliable transportation in order to get to work, and to visit customers’ home (as necessary);
- Follows all company policies and procedures;
- Positive;
- Start-up, early-stage, high-growth healthcare IT experience strongly preferred;
- Bilingual is a plus;
- Open and flexible work availability, including weekends;
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills, including the ability to smile;
- A passion for, or experience with, decorating or design;
- Motivated, self-starter.
