Our company is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Gaining knowledge, insight and understanding from key decision-makers regarding customer needs/challenges;
  • Participating in sales and channel development strategies to assist the company in optimizing information related to the industry and customer needs;
  • Continuous training and developing of supported Geotab reseller ICs on Geotab via webinars;
  • Engage existing reseller customer base to minimize churn and grow net subscribers;
  • Increasing sales within your supported region at your assigned resellers (Your primary measurable);
  • Self-managing the number of agents and customers in your pipeline in order to meet or exceed monthly sales volume requirements;
  • Assisting your partners in gathering key customer information and updating Salesforce on a weekly basis;
  • Success measured by new business volume;
  • Source new business which includes Building and providing quotes;
  • Creating extraordinary experiences;
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills including interaction and involvement across multiple departments and with clients;
  • Building customer relationships to create Bose owners;
  • Selling products and services offered in our stores;
  • Assist in tasks associated with effectively operating a Bose Retail Store;
  • Delivering outstanding personalized customer engagements.

Requirements:

  • Sales and customer service experiences;
  • Experience using a wide range of technology devices such as smartphones, tablets and laptop computers;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Must have strong time management skills as well as be an effective multi-tasker;
  • Must be a compelling public speaker;
  • At least 3+ documented years of sales experience;
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills;
  • Must have strong critical thinking and analytical skills;
  • Passport / Global Entry Required (company sponsored);
  • Must complete client specific background and drug screen;
  • Candidates who are nearing graduation or have recently graduated and meet other select requirements of the position will be considered as well;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Technology;
  • 3-4 years of prior sales experience;
  • Some travel required;
  • Must have knowledge of ABS plastic car parts.
