Our company is looking for a Sales to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning of work daily;
  • Work with the other Sales team members to improve and streamline internal processes;
  • Develop new business while building/maintaining existing relationships;
  • Provide written estimates to customers;
  • Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance;
  • Write a brief description of the problem on the repair order to help the mechanic locate the problem;
  • Explain the work performed and the charges to the customer;
  • Exceed stated sales quota by winning enterprise contracts;
  • Handle customer complaints;
  • Dispatch crews each morning with the proper tools/knowledge needed to complete the job;
  • Very thorough sales pipeline forecasts;
  • Manage and nurture the solution trial (POC) life-cycle from start through conversion;
  • Source new sales opportunities through various prospecting and demand generation activities and trial conversion;
  • Work closely with Demand Generation team to drive and follow-up on targeted campaigns and increase the pipeline;
  • Educate customers on JFrog products/services & evangelize key wins.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign;
  • Urgency and time management skills with ability to manage and set expectations;
  • Writing – Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience;
  • Speaking – Talking to others to convey information effectively;
  • Previous track record of achieving lead setting targets is a plus;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for driving growth through value add;
  • Experience in managing sale teams including customer success;
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Computer Engineering plus at least 1 year experience;
  • Experience to include supporting pre-sales cycles; using Salesforce and Advanced Microsoft Excel;
  • Respond to a customer by inquiries by asking probing questions and listening attentively; while possessing exceptional oral and written skills;
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, sales-team environment;
  • Experience is managing owning the full sale cycle from lead to closing the deal;
  • Strategic thinker, accountable and go-getter;
  • Used a CRM system for sales lead tracking and reporting.
