  • Managing a pipeline of several medium-large residential projects ($25k-100k) with complexity across several business units;
  • Reporting on current market trends and providing solutions that result in winning more sales;
  • Managing the full sales cycle (besides lead generation);
  • Working with assigned Customer Success Manager to provide feedback to ensure sales bookings are qualified and strategically scheduled;
  • Creating quotes & proposals;
  • Greeting customers politely;
  • Communicating with team members;
  • Working hard to drive in sales;
  • Seeking out prospective customers;
  • Suggesting ideas on how to improve sales;
  • Being knowledgeable about the products/services;
  • Able to handle returns of merchandise;
  • Providing excellent customer/sales service;
  • Providing customers with required information.

Requirements:

  • Customer-friendly;
  • Flexible with working hours;
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends;
  • High School Diploma;
  • Experience as a Sales Associate or any related area;
  • Educate homeowners on how solar can save them money and help the environment;
  • Properly prepare for appointments by building proposals, preparing for objections;

  • Experience with POS transactions;
  • Able to communicate well with customers;
  • Good at math;
  • Conduct sales presentations with prospective customers in their home.
