Our company is looking for a Used Car Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals;
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses;
  • Desk both used and new car deals;
  • Handle and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally;
  • Assist in hiring, training and effectively leading sales associates and ensures all dealership policies are always followed;
  • Maintain inventory with a quick turn rate;
  • Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance;
  • Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers;
  • Help manage all other aspects of the sales department;
  • Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas;
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles;
  • Describe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchase;
  • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot;
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects;
  • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in the management of used car inventory required;
  • Ability to adapt and learn in a sales environment;
