Warehouse Production Associate Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Warehouse Production Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing and stocking movement within a warehouse;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Pulling orders;
- packing;
- Labeling;
- Breaks down and sorts cartons/totes/pallets daily from arriving trailers;
- Sorts and stages recyclables;
- Retrieves loaded totes/racks and load trucks with merchandise and secures with a seal;
- Must be able to enter corrections from lists into computer;
- Organizes lists of garments needed;
- Picks and packs garments in totes;
- Stores cartons into predetermined locations;
- Assemble wooden and cardboard containers to prepare for product packing and line and pad crates/boxes as required;
- Prepping for shipment;
- Perform specialized packaging and follow specialized shipment instructions based on customer requests.
Requirements:
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions;
- Able to present a resume;
- The right associate should be comfortable lifting 50lbs;
- Must be able to stand for entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse;
- Previous work experience preferred;
- Bonus points if you have prior manufacturing or production experience.
