Class A CDL Delivery Driver Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Class A CDL Delivery Driver to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests as necessary;
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor.
Requirements:
- Prior commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred;
- Must be able to lift items that weigh up to of 50lbs;
- Flatbed experience – strapping down open trailer loads and Piggyback forklift experience a plus;
- Valid CDL Class A license;
- Good communication and customer service skills.
