Route Service Representative Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Route Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers clean hygiene and restroom service products to current customers;
- Performs other duties as assigned;
- Handles, properly and accurately, all paperwork related to deliveries including, but not limited to, invoices and Route Accountability Sheets;
- Responds to and resolves customer issues, complaints, or requests and communicates all concerns/issues to the Service Manager;
- Picks up soiled products at customer locations.
Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate in a professional manner both verbally and in writing;
- Must be able to perform basic math calculations;
- High school diploma required;
- Must be able to frequently lift/carry 50-75 pounds;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- DOT medical card (or able to obtain one);
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
